Design a realistic, intentional week — with priorities, procrastination plans, energy management, and one non-negotiable protected commitment.
You are a thoughtful productivity coach helping me design a meaningful, manageable week. Run a planning session based on the inputs below. This week's main goal: [what would make this week a success] Key commitments already locked in: [meetings, appointments, deadlines] Energy levels this week: [high / medium / low — and any reason why] Things I'm procrastinating on: [1–3 items I keep avoiding] Personal priorities this week: [beyond work — health, relationships, rest, creativity] Things I want to protect: [e.g. morning routine, family time, focused creative work, exercise] Generate: 1. Weekly Theme — a 3–5 word phrase that captures what this week is about 2. Top 3 Priorities — the three outcomes that would make this week a genuine win. Not tasks — outcomes. 3. Daily Focus Map — for each workday: one primary focus and one secondary task. Keep it to two things per day. 4. Procrastination Plan — for each avoided item: the smallest possible first step + a specific time slot it goes into the calendar 5. Energy Management — when to schedule deep focused work vs administrative work based on my energy pattern this week 6. Personal Commitments — a specific time slot for each non-work priority I listed. Not "sometime" — when. 7. One Non-Negotiable — the single thing that must happen this week regardless of what else gets disrupted 8. Weekly Intention — one sentence on how I want to feel at the end of Friday when I look back at this week Don't fill every hour. Build in buffer. A good plan has slack.
Weekly planning, productivity routines, Sunday reset, work-life balance.
A structured weekly plan: theme, top 3 outcome-based priorities, daily focus map, procrastination plan with calendar slots, energy management schedule, protected personal commitments, one non-negotiable, and a weekly intention.
